Trueform operate remote monitoring systems and have expertise in monitoring systems as well as support desk ticketing systems. The Fuzion Datastorm SNMP dashboard allows the user to monitor the signs in real-time providing alerts when a fault is detected or a sign loses connectivity. Further remote management tools are also deployed to access sign controllers, providing remote diagnostics to minimise unnecessary call-outs. The remote management tool has a dedicated section to monitor in real time the status of the displays.
